Our Principal, Cathie Mascord, is a fully Licensed Conveyancer (Licence No 05006083) and Justice of the Peace.

Having spent 20 years in the advertising and media industry servicing major corporate clients, Cathie made the decision to move in to the Conveyancing industry and has never looked back.  Cathie completed the Conveyancing Law and Practice Course at Macquarie University with outstanding results and has practiced as a Licensed Conveyancer for over 7 years.

Cathie brings to ConveyAbility a passion for property and law and for providing great customer service.  Her experience in advertising gave Cathie extensive skills in matter management and negotiation, and a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. These skills have been further enhanced through her conveyancing practice.
