Code of Conduct
As a member organisation ConveyAbility operates in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, NSW Division. In essence, the Code provides that in fulfilling their duty to clients Licensed Conveyancers should:
· Act in the clients best interest
· Avoid conflicts of interest
· Be diligent
· Be fair
· Be honest
· Be trustworthy
· Communicate clearly & maintain confidentiality
